FAQ

Questions, answered.

Does Pulse work with Slack?

Yes — Pulse ships with a first-class Slack integration for both delivering check-ins and collecting answers. Configuration takes about five minutes.

Can we run it without a chat tool?

Yes. Pulse has an email delivery channel and a web dashboard, so teams without Slack or Comms can still run async standups.

Are surveys anonymous?

Your choice per survey. Anonymous mode strips identity from stored responses; attributed mode keeps the sender.

Can I use it just for eNPS?

Absolutely. Pulse includes an eNPS template with the standard 0–10 scale, optional follow-up, and the right grouping for the final score.

What happens to historical data if I pause updates?

Nothing. You own the code and the database. Updates only affect what's new — historical responses remain in your Postgres regardless of subscription state.
