What does “own forever” mean?
You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and deploy the code for your business. You get the full source code in a private GitHub repo that you control — it stays yours whether or not you ever renew anything with us. If our site disappeared tomorrow, your deployment keeps running.
What happens after my 3 months of updates?
Your existing deployment keeps working indefinitely — the code is yours. You just stop receiving new update PRs from us. You can resume updates at any time by starting a subscription; we don’t charge back-pay for months you skipped.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. We offer a 14-day refund window from the purchase date. Email support@arkteams.io and we’ll process it. See our refund policy for details, including how bundle refunds and already-cloned repos are handled.
Do I need the subscription?
No. The subscription only exists for ongoing updates, priority support, and training. Plenty of buyers skip it, deploy the code they purchased, and run it unchanged for a long time. If you want to stay on the latest version or get help beyond the docs, that’s what the subscription is for.
What if I want to customize the code?
That’s the whole point. Every product is shipped as clean, readable source code designed to be modified — we built it that way so you can use Claude Code (or any tool) to customize it to your team’s workflow. Your modifications belong to you; the underlying code stays under the ARK license.
Can I use one purchase for multiple teams?
Each license key is bound to a single deployment (one primary domain). If you need to run separate instances for separate teams or subsidiaries, you’ll need a license per deployment. Get in touch for multi-license pricing if you need more than a handful.
