Refund Policy

We want you to be genuinely happy with what you buy. If an ARK product isn't the right fit, you have 14 days to get your money back — no interrogation, no hoops.
1. 14-day refund window
You can request a full refund for any ARK purchase within 14 days of the purchase date. The purchase date is the date Stripe recorded a successful payment, not the date your license key or repo access was delivered.
Subscription payments (monthly or annual) are refundable within the same 14-day window after the initial charge or a renewal. Subsequent months of a monthly subscription are non-refundable — cancel before the next renewal to avoid the charge.
2. How to request a refund
Email us at support@arkteams.io from the address on your account and include:
- The product or bundle you’re refunding.
- The purchase date or Stripe receipt number.
- A sentence or two about what didn’t work for you. This is optional, but it helps us improve the product.
We aim to process refunds within two business days. Once we initiate the refund through Stripe, the funds typically return to your original payment method within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.
3. What happens when you refund
When a refund is processed:
- Payment returned — Stripe refunds the original charge to your card.
- License key revoked — the license key for the refunded product is marked revoked in our system. The validation endpoint will stop returning a valid response for it.
- Repo access removed — your GitHub account is removed as a collaborator on the private repo we provisioned for the refunded product. The repo itself remains on our side and is not deleted.
- Update delivery stops — you will not receive further update PRs for the refunded product.
- You keep any local code — anything you cloned or downloaded before the refund stays on your machine. That’s a natural consequence of how source code works, and we don’t attempt to claw it back. However, continuing to deploy or distribute that code after the refund is a violation of our Terms (see Section 15 of the Terms of Service). Please delete local copies.
4. Bundle refunds
The ARK Full Suite bundle is refunded as a whole — all included product licenses are revoked and repo access for each is removed.
If you want to keep one or two products from the bundle and refund the rest, email us and we’ll issue a partial refund equal to the bundle price minus the list price of the products you keep. For example, keeping one $980 product from the $2,900 bundle would result in a $1,920 partial refund. Partial refunds are granted within the same 14-day window.
5. Subscription refunds and cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current period.
If you cancel within 14 days of the charge and have not used the subscription benefits heavily (e.g., received and merged several update PRs, used priority support), we will refund the period on request.
6. Exceptions
Refunds outside the 14-day window are generally not available, but we review exceptional cases (billing errors, unresolvable technical issues, duplicate charges) individually. Reach out and we’ll figure it out.
We reserve the right to decline refunds where we have reasonable evidence of abuse — for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles to harvest code, or an attempt to retain usage of a product after requesting a refund.
